He rocked the house at the Prism Awards, opening for Brian McKnight and others. The Buzz out the door was Reuben Cannon is the new era in music. Whether performing a laid back track, an up tempo anthem, or taking it down for a heart wrenching ballad the audience always leaves wanting more. Currently Reuben is working on several projects including but not limited to, producing an up and coming educational film with his older brother Nick Cannon, appearing in the up coming film, â€œPatriotsâ€ with Forrest Whitaker. Reuben is also, co-staring in the motion picture, Players School playing the part of Marcus, sharing the cover with Ice T on the Up in Harlem sound track that is schedule to hit stores later this summer, and featuring on Nick Cannonâ€™s next album. We research to make sure this is the most accurate information available. Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
